En el Clúster Andino tenemos una gran oportunidad en la ciudad de Bogotá - Colombia, en el rol de Launch Excellence Lead. Esta posición tiene la responsabilidad de acelerar las discusiones iniciales sobre nuestro lanzamientos mediante la integración de las áreas involucradas en el proceso end to end. Abordará estratégicamente la comprensión temprana del mercado para aprovechar oportunidades y enfrentar los desafíos identificados, con el objetivo de asegurar la máxima aceleración de los lanzamientos y resultados. Una vez que el equipo de lanzamiento esté en su lugar, el líder de excelencia en lanzamientos realizará la entrega y asumirá el rol de socio estratégico, asegurando que todos los entregables, KPI´s y revisiones de preparación para el lanzamiento se implementen de acuerdo con las directrices globales.

**Requisitos para el rol**
- Profesional en áreas administrativas o áreas de la salud
- Inglés avanzado.
- Experiência previa en lanzamientos en múltiples áreas terapéuticas.
- Éxito comprobado en liderar, planificar e implementar programas de lanzamiento de productos o proyectos complejos.
- Experiência liderando estrategias de mercado y gestionando la ejecución de lanzamientos en un entorno multi-mercado.
- Experiência interfuncional en áreas técnicas y comerciales.
- Experiência previa en Marketing, Acceso al Mercado o Áreas Médicas.

**Responsabilidades Principales**:

- Liderar análisis de viabilidad para lanzamientos (ILVA/MC3), estableciendo prioridades locales y recomendaciones a un nível superior de la empresa durante las fases iniciales.
- Mapear y analizar la dinámica de la competencia durante las fases tempranas de los lanzamientos.
- Desarrollar el plan de activos inicial, libro de hechos, mapeo de partes interesadas, consideraciones de entrada al mercado y evaluaciones y recomendaciones de SMM para lanzamientos estratégicos hasta que el equipo de lanzamiento de BBU/OBU/RDU esté en su lugar.
- Asegurar que cada prioridad de lanzamiento esté alineada local, regional y globalmente con los equipos de negocios y operaciones.
- Desarrollar y monitorear KPIs para lanzamientos a través de colaboración Cross funcional, posicionamiento de marca, potencial y cronograma del ciclo de vida del producto.
- Garantizar que los equipos locales aborden todas las actividades y entregables críticos para acelerar el lanzamiento con excelencia.
- Asegurar que las mejores prácticas se compartan entre las áreas terapéuticas, regional y globalmente.
- Liderar mediante la influencia a un alto número de steakholders locales interfuncionales.
- Trabajar en el campo, interactuando externamente con tomadores de decisiones durante las fases iniciales.
- Liderar herramientas de seguimiento de lanzamientos para la gestión automatizada de productos en el pipeline.
