Job Description
We're seeking an experienced product designer to lead the creation and evolution of engaging and intuitive solutions for our clients. As a key member of our team, you'll partner with product management, engineering, marketing, and research/analytics to drive design excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to product strategy by identifying new opportunities and generating innovative solutions.
- Craft compelling designs that meet the unique needs of our clients.
- Drive all aspects of design for your projects from inception through launch.
- Leverage your expertise in creating clear and compelling experiences and data visualizations to enhance users' understanding and decision-making processes.
- Makes informed design decisions based on competitor analysis, client feedback, metrics, and usability tests.
- Define and evolve best practices for interaction patterns and data visualizations.
- Effectively communicate and present visual concepts to various stakeholders.
Requirements:
- A strong track record of at least 6 years of experience executing through the complete design and development lifecycle.
- A portfolio of great product design work, including great data visualizations, and scaling your design decisions.
- Strong skills in Figma, our tool of choice, in all phases of the design and development cycle.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to be an effective design advocate to cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment and collaborate with other designers, product managers, engineers, UX researchers, data analysts, marketers, and others.
