Estamos buscando un profesional en finanzas para unirse a nuestro equipo y ser el responsable de supervisar todo el P&L de las categorías asignadas en la región Andina Caribe, así como otras métricas financieras claves para hacer el seguimiento del desempeño de nuestras marcas.

Jugarás un papel crítico con los equipos de Marketing y Manufactura, desde la planeación y análisis financiero, contribuyendo a la toma de decisiones de la dirección.

**¿Qué harás?**
- Análisis mensual de resultados financieros de las categorías de Healthcare.
- Participar en el proceso de planeación financiera mediante el acompañamiento a Marketing y análisis de los resultados.
- Proporcionar a las diversas partes interesadas informes y análisis financieros, identificando oportunidades sobre los mismos.
- Trabajar estrechamente con los equipos de Controlling para comprender las necesidades analíticas y construir herramientas de control.
- Preparar información financiera para las presentaciones e informes con los equipos directivos.
- Hacer seguimiento y control de las actividades de inversión de marca.
- Modelos de simulación y evaluación de clientes y proyectos.

**¿A quién buscamos?**
- Profesional en administración, economía, finanzas, negocios internacionales, ingeniería o afines.
- Experiência en cargos financieros entre 5-7 años, preferiblemente en empresas de consumo masivo, cuidado personal, dispositivos medicos, o manufactureras.
- Habilidad y análisis numérico que permiten presentar indicadores.
- Habilidad en la planeación financiera: elaboración y análisis de Budget / Forecast.
- Orientado al logro y al detalle, con foco en el negocio.
- Nível de inglés B2.
- Habilidad en el manejo de Excel y deseable analítica avanzada.
- Analítico con habilidad para interactuar con las demás áreas de la Compañía.
- Conocimientos básicos contables.
