Sales Enablement Manager

At Anthology, we're committed to empowering educators and institutions with innovative solutions that drive student success and institutional growth. As a Sales Enablement Manager, you'll play a critical role in supporting the development and delivery of sales education programs and curriculum that accelerate the effectiveness of our sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Partner with internal teams to collaborate and execute on strategic enablement, training, marketing, and communication initiatives.
  2. Support business strategy and global sales teams in meeting sales goals.
  3. Work independently in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  4. Use project management skills to execute strategies in support of the sales team.
  5. Operate various software and systems to create content and develop reporting and tracking.
  6. Determine training needs through personal engagement with sales representatives, observing sales encounters, and conferring with sales leadership.
  7. Contribute to the development of sales education curriculum focused on outcome improvement in the areas of sales skills, opportunity management, and the delivery of value proposition of the company, technology, and service offerings.
  8. Support delivery of sales education solutions including training courses, coaching programs, and/or tools curriculum in a variety of settings.
  9. Provide input and guidance into the development of relevant sales tools designed to optimize value messaging and accelerate sales execution.
  10. Maintain a variety of delivery methodologies, particularly administrating, managing, and enhancing the learning platform, as well as content repositories.
  11. Ongoing evaluation and maintenance of sales education curriculum in accordance with overall sales competency and alignment with contemporary product value and messaging.
  12. Report on sales enablement program progress and completions.
Requirements:
  1. Fluency in written and spoken English at CEF B2 level or above.
  2. Minimum of 5 years working in one of the following: Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or Sales Coaching role; Sales role, calling directly on customers and/or prospects with responsibility for an assigned quota; Sales or Marketing Operations role.
  3. Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
  4. Practical experience with common sales methodologies.
  5. Knowledge of training principles and techniques.
  6. Experience with learning management systems and knowledge management systems.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or Management.
  2. Experience in Sales, Sales Enablement, or Sales Training in an enterprise technology environment.
  3. Sales education program development and delivery experience.
  4. Sales experience with assigned quota responsibility.
  5. Experience developing training programs and curriculum for sales professionals.
  6. Experience with Microsoft Office tools, SharePoint content creation, email platforms, MS Planner & Project Management.
