Integrated Marketing & Communications Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Integrated Marketing & Communications Designer to drive sales of our Business Kit Subscription to B2B clients, specifically targeting MSMEs in the United States and Jamaica. As an Integrated Marketing & Communications Designer, your primary focus will be on sales, including developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with our subscribers, selling subscription services, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain positive business relationships with B2B clients, particularly MSMEs
  • Sell our Business Kit Subscription using persuasive arguments and solid sales techniques
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses to demonstrate the value of our subscription to potential customers
  • Present, promote, and sell our products/services to existing and prospective customers
  • Conduct needs analysis to understand the specific requirements of MSMEs and provide tailored solutions
  • Proactively reach out to potential customers through cold calling and other sales strategies
  • Resolve customer problems and complaints promptly to maximize customer satisfaction
  • Achieve sales targets and outcomes within the assigned schedule
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the market potential, track sales, and prepare status reports
  • Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
  • Stay updated on best practices and promotional trends in the MSME sector
  • Seek continuous improvement through feedback and adapt sales strategies accordingly
  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and accurate manner
  • Assist customers in understanding the features and benefits of our Business Kit Subscription
  • Troubleshoot and report product malfunctions, ensuring timely resolution for customers
  • Update internal databases with technical issue details and customer interactions
  • Monitor and address customer complaints on social media platforms, providing prompt assistance
  • Share customer feedback with the Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to drive product enhancements and marketing initiatives
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved and their needs are met
