T1 Helpdesk Support Specialist

Provide first-level support for incoming technology issues. Responsible for support and troubleshooting of enterprise end user systems, to include software, peripheral and technical troubleshooting and repair. Requires a minimum Vocational/Technical School education, with one to two years of experience preferred. Provisioning user accounts, client support, documentation, MSP, ConnectWise, assigning permissions and granting network share access. Additional responsibilities can and will be assigned by direct supervisor.
**Your Duties as a Lean Tech Warrior**:
- Review, track and analyze Log records for bugs, user errors, user abuse, and user behavior, in order to document and recommend best practices.
- Write technical documentation and publish to the service desk regarding installation procedures and troubleshooting steps for software and hardware.
- Replicate customer issues/errors and provide support by guiding the user through technical and functional questions regarding the platform.
- Provide a degree of proactive support, leveraging monitoring alerts and other tools, in an effort to resolve potential system issues before impact is realized to the service level.
- Create Issues reports & Metrics as required.
- General administrative tasks related to the platform

- Must have experience on Manage Service Providers (MSP)
- Experience working with Azure
- Vocational, technical or other IT-related certification and/or degree
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of related IT experience
- Excellent organizational, communication and critical analysis skills
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment to resolve issues
