**D**esc**r**i**pc**i**ón d**e**l ca**r**go**:
Gerenciamiento de un territorio, representando la compañía y ayudando a lograr las metas financieras del negocio a través del desarrollo y ejecución de planes comerciales. Esta posición sirve de puente entre el mercado y la compañía. Generando las relaciones comerciales y de colaboración con los distribuidores, pre-mezcladores y/o los productores. El gerente de territorio es capaz de ofrecer un apoyo comercial y técnico para el seguimiento del uso de los productos de Elanco, para aspectos básicos directamente o para mayor complejidad con el apoyo de terceros (TC, Consultores externos, Técnicos Regionales o Globales).

**F**un**c**i**on**e**s**, o**b**li**g**a**c**i**o**n**e**s**, **a**c**ti**v**i**da**d**e**s**:

- Capitaliza las relaciones de confianza establecidas con los clientes para mejorar las relaciones comerciales y establece programas que ayudan a generar la lealtad en el cliente.
- Direcciona y coordina la cadena de distribución con el grupo de clientes y trabajar en equipo con su personal para mejorar la atención a los clientes.
- Domina los aspectos técnicos, las características, ventajas y beneficios de todos los productos del portafolio de Rumiantes, Bioprotección y Animales de Compañía y sus competidores.
- Domina los elementos de diferenciación y los comunica con precisión a los clientes.
- Desarrolla, implementa, da seguimiento al plan anual del territorio/área buscando sobrepasar los resultados esperados.
- Ofrece y promueve los productos y programas de Elanco, ejecutando y aplicando con excelencia el proceso de ventas establecido por la compañía (Customer Value Selling o CVS).
- Dominar las herramientas de apoyo para coordinar el trabajo con clientes (Elanco Connect, field marketing). Conocer y utilizar en la planeación del trabajo el potencial de territorio por cliente. Tiene la capacidad de priorizar el trabajo y determinar los ajustes necesarios al plan de acción para asegurar los resultados. Manejo con excelencia de tiempo y territorio y recursos del área de negocios.
- Es una referencia para el equipo comercial y demuestra la capacidad de influencia dentro de la unidad de negocios.
- Influencia para convencer a utilizar los productos de Elanco mediante la ejecución de los programas/plataformas de Elanco y agregando valor al cliente (CAD, Soluciones Elanco, etc).
- Preparación del presupuesto de ventas por cliente y por SKU. Identificando ajustes potenciales en el periodo.
- Elaboración de todas las tareas administrativas relacionadas con el puesto (Cursos en línea, preparación y envío a tiempo de las cuentas de gastos correspondientes
- Asegurar contribución individual de ventas con el territorio para ayudar a la unidad de negocios

- Zootecnista, Médico Veterinario, Administrador Agropecuario.
- Mínimo 4 años de experiência en el ámbito comercial como manejo y desarrollo de canales de distribución, seguimiento de planes comerciales, implementación de campañas comerciales y de mercadeo, trabajo de campo (visita a ganaderos), desarrollo de territorios, priorización del uso del tiempo, influencia y coordinación de fuerza de ventas de los distribuidores.
- Manejo de Excel y Power Point (70% mínimo)
- Inglés 70%
