The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for making sales calls and conducting routine check-ins with existing and potential clients to maintain and grow revenue. The representative researches and analyzes trends to identify business needs and proactively communicates with customers to position UPS products and services effectively. This role involves conducting pre-call research and developing sales strategies. The representative addresses customer issues (e.g., billing, shipping, etc.) to clarify, resolve, and address customer concerns. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Final year student or graduate in International Trade or International Business.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales.
- Basic knowledge of Office tools. Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- 80% proficiency in English.
- Key Skills: Empathetic, proactive, organized, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, strategic relationship-building, negotiation skills, persuasive, influential, and results-oriented.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm
- Location: Remote from BOGOTA
