**Requirements**:

- Professional in psychology, social communication, or administrative areas.
- Experience not less than 2 years in charge of the welfare area, in companies with more than 1000 people, preferably BPO sector.
- English Level B2

**Functions**:

- Preparation and monitoring of the annual work plan of the Labor Welfare Area, in order to establish the activities and projects to be carried out for the benefit of workers.
- Have the approval of senior management or the management in charge of the annual or monthly plan of welfare activities for its implementation.
- Coordinate and carry out sports, recreational and socio-cultural activities for the benefit of workers, to strengthen interpersonal relationships and thus maintain a work environment that allows achieving the proposed goals.
- To impact the activities of labor welfare and the personnel turnover in the company, achieving a culture of corporate loyalty in the workers at all positions.
- Organize, execute, and lead activities to celebrate important dates, including staff and company birthdays, in order to maintain a better work environment.
- Seek and manage corporate alliances to bring benefits to workers, being responsible for submitting proposals to senior management or management in charge for approval and formalization.
- Deliver awards or benefits to the company's workers, keeping a record of the delivery by means of duly signed minutes, keeping control of what has been assigned, what is pending to be delivered, and what has been delivered.
- Make or design for approval by senior management or management in charge of presentations or flyers, using design tools or software provided by the company. Must be disclosed at the company level.
- Conduct working groups with senior management, operations management, executives, or middle management to create strategies or agree on welfare activities, identifying plans or opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct focus groups, and meetings with employees or workers, to listen to them or make an approach and identify opportunities for improvement at the level of areas or processes.
- Participate in the retirement process, taking the retirement interview, with the objective of finding factors to allow constant improvement in the processes.
- Manage satisfaction surveys with workers to be able to quantify the degree of satisfaction of workers against each of the activities performed.
- Responsible for planning and executing with the approval of senior management or the management in charge of welfare budget control
- Work jointly with the person in charge of the occupational health and safety management system
