**La Oportunidad**:
El rol de Customer Engagement Specialist desempeñará un papel clave en el compromiso y el apoyo a nuestros clientes, brindando experiência técnica y estratégica en la oferta de soluciones de AWS. Este rol se enfocará en la identificación de oportunidades, la comprensión de las necesidades del cliente y la presentación de soluciones que aprovechen la plataforma de AWS. El objetivo principal es fortalecer las relaciones con los clientes y ayudarles a alcanzar sus objetivos a través de la adopción de tecnologías basadas en la nube. Además, será responsable de colaborar con el desarrollo del negocio de nuestros clientes aportando soluciones integrales que respondan a sus necesidades, mejorando su eficiencia y asegurando su satisfacción a partir de un exitoso diseño técnico.

**Lo que harás**:
Serán algunas de sus principales responsabilidades:
Compromiso con el cliente:

- Colaborar estrechamente con los clientes para comprender sus necesidades y desafíos comerciales.
- Proporcionar asesoramiento técnico y estratégico sobre las soluciones de AWS.

Presales y Consultoría Técnica:

- Desarrollar y presentar propuestas técnicas y estratégicas a los clientes.
- Identificar oportunidades de venta cruzada y upsell para optimizar la infraestructura de los clientes.

Demostraciones y Pruebas de Concepto:

- Realizar demostraciones técnicas de las soluciones de AWS.
- Colaborar en la ejecución de pruebas de concepto para validar la idoneidad de las soluciones propuestas.

Educación del Cliente:

- Capacitar a los clientes en el uso efectivo de las soluciones de AWS.
- Proporcionar información sobre las mejores prácticas y tendencias en la nube.

Colaboración Interdepartamental:

- Trabajar estrechamente con el equipo de ventas, arquitectos de soluciones y otros departamentos para garantizar el éxito del cliente.

**Es esta posición para tí? Requerimos**:

- Experiência mayor a un año en arquitectura de soluciones basadas en la nube en AWS.
- Conocimiento profundo de la cartera de servicios de AWS.
- Capacidad para comprender las necesidades empresariales de los clientes y traducirlas en soluciones técnicas.
- Experiência en actividades de preventa, consultoría técnica o soporte al cliente.
- Certificaciones de AWS (deseable).
- Habilidades interpersonales sólidas y una actitud orientada al cliente.
- Habilidades excepcionales de comunicación y presentación.
