**Role Description**

We are looking for a Subject Matter expert of VMware products, who will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the VMware virtualization platform and is able to clearly articulate roles, project goals, and timelines. This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing team of talented professionals with a lot of positive energy and enthusiasm.

**This is a Part-Time, 100% remote contract role, with potential for a full-time role in the future.**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users remotely.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
- Assist with password resets, account creations, and access management.
- Keep an inventory of IT assets and ensure their proper functioning.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
- Ensure that all IT activities comply with security policies and regulations.
- Assist in implementing security measures, such as antivirus software and firewalls.

**Qualifications**
- A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field is preferred but not required. Relevant certifications and experience are highly regarded.
- 2+years of experience in an IT support role, providing technical assistance and troubleshooting for end-users.
- Familiarity with basic networking concepts and protocols.
- Experience with Active Directory and user account management.
- Advanced diagnostic and advanced problem-solving skill
- Have excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Conversational level English Communication.
