**Desafíos WOW**:

- Buscar y captar nuevos distribuidores del segmento asignado, concretando citas para abrir distribuidores autorizados.
- Contribuir con la fidelización y satisfacción de los distribuidores, asegurando su continuidad y el posicionamiento de la marca.
- Concretar las ventas de los productos, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos y de los procesos comerciales.
- Asegurar la capacitación del producto a los distribuidores y brindar toda la información de uso, instalación y consideraciones de la garantía.
- Mantener contacto con los distribuidores y potenciales distribuidores, brindando información de promociones, ofertas y lanzamientos de los productos.
- Apoyar y orientar a los distribuidores en los procesos postventa: devoluciones, reclamos, servicio técnico, etc.

**S**ería WOW tener los siguientes conocimientos**
- Profesional en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial o afines.
- Más de 3 años en posiciones similares, manejando el canal de distribución, preferiblemente en la zona de Bogotá y Cundinamarca en el sector agroindustrial, ferretero, construcción y/o afines.
- Clara orientación al cliente, al resultado y a la constante superación de los retos (propios, del equipo y de la compañía).
- Excelentes relaciones interpersonales, comunicación clara y alta empatía.
- Compartir nuestros valores: Máximo rendimiento, Dedicación, Responsabilidad, Disciplina, Pasión y Ambición.
- Licencia de Conducción C1.
- Disponibilidad para viajar.
- Inglés B1 (deseable).
