Retention Specialist

**Pay Rate**: Competitive and based on experience
We are seeking a Retention Specialist to join one of our amazing clients. In this role, you will support the Commercial Area Management in the Customer Retention and/or Insured area. Your goal will be to achieve a high percentage of insureds who renew their contracts with the company. You will negotiate with insureds and provide various alternatives or options within our plans to retain customers.
**Functions and Responsabilities**:
- Prepare semiannual progress reports on goals, detailing reasons why some insureds chose not to renew.
- Engage in telemarketing, follow-up, and debt collection activities.
**Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)**:
- Higher education in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English (90%).
- Experience in Pre-paid Medical Insurance.
- Proven experience in Quality Customer Service.
- Knowledge and efficient use of utilities.
- Proactive attitude.
- Effective Communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Dynamic and energetic personality.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions accurately.
