**Schedule**: Full-time Monday to Friday

**Pay Rate**: Competitive and based on experience
The Commercial Group Renewals and Retention Analyst manages the offshore renewals portfolio, ensuring client retention, particularly in cases where negotiations are extended due to various scenarios. This role involves organizing technical, administrative, and commercial tasks efficiently. The Analyst will assist with the orderly distribution, classification, and follow-up on renewal rates, primarily after analyzing claims ratios. Effective communication with various agencies and agents managing active groups is essential to success in this role.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate renewal schedules and update Client Profiles.
- Prepare and organize renewal rates and technical sheets.
- Send tailored Renewal Letters and provide rate projections.
- Update claims data and manage group retention feedback.
- Collaborate on negotiations, discounts, and special cases.
- Identify retention opportunities and follow up on renewals.
- Manage and update the contact database.
- Report monthly on renewal and retention rates.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Team-oriented and collaborative.
- Adaptability to change.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (oral and written).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Associate degree from an accredited institution, preferably in business, marketing, administration, or a related field.
- Experience in Customer Service, Marketing, and/or the healthcare industry (not mandatory).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel (advanced level), PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with Adobe software.
