We are hiring a customer service agent
**Responsibilities**:
- Taking in-coming calls.
- Making out-going calls.
- Fill out weekly and daily reports.
- Communicate with the team daily and constantly.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. B2, C1.
- Responsible and organized.
- A very trustworthy person.
- Proactive at all times.
- Enjoys teamwork.
- Has experience with google calendar and google spreadsheets.
- Has experience with CRM.
