ESTAMOS BUSCANDO UN BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
UBICACIÓN: BOGOTÁ
Funciones:
- Identificar y contactar a potenciales clientes a través estrategias comerciales.
- Presentar propuestas comerciales adaptadas a las necesidades de los clientes, destacando las capacidades y ventajas competitivas del operador logístico.
- Desarrollar y mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes actuales, asegurando altos níveles de satisfacción.
- Apoyar a los equipos de ventas, marketing y operaciones para diseñar e implementar estrategias que incrementen la cuota de mercado y las ventas.
- Negociar términos y condiciones contractuales con nuevos clientes, asegurando que los acuerdos sean beneficiosos y sostenibles.
- Supervisar el proceso de cierre de contratos y SOP, asegurándose de que todos los detalles estén correctamente documentados y alineados con las expectativas de ambas partes.
- Reportar resultados y avances a la alta dirección.
- Realizar seguimiento detallado de las interacciones con los clientes y el progreso de las oportunidades de negocio.
- Establecer acciones específicas frente a cambios macro/microeconómicos, entre otros aspectos, que permitan tomar decisiones comerciales rentables
