Objective: Implement Business Development plans and support business development activities of the organization, including growing and
supporting franchise operations in line with business and financial objectives, Group guidelines and policies
Responsibilities:
- Implement Business Development plans and support business development activities of the organization, including growing
- and supporting franchise operations in line with business and financial objectives, Group guidelines and policies.
- Deliver market studies by analyzing market research and identifying and predicting current and future consumer trends.
- Prospect new business development opportunities through market research and by analyzing research on network
- cost/pricing, competitor analysis.
- Coordinate all business development activities, including the development of alliance/channel/network partnerships, product planning & development
- Connect with and influence other specialist departments and external service providers.
- May convince others to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches.
- Prepares presentations and concepts to be presented to leadership and company committees.
- Build strong, trusting cross-functional relationships with Galderma managers
Work Experience:
4 - 5 years in similar industries (Pharma, Dermo and/or beauty experience, or related consumer goods experience).
Advanced experience with project managment, data analysis, commercial principles and negotiation.
Academic Background:
Advanced level in English (Must)
Master's / bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/qualification
