**Descripción del empleo**
Los Asistentes de Ventas Internas y Marketing (ISMA) son miembros de nuestro equipo de ISM. Ayudan a los gerentes de ventas internas a recopilar documentación, generar cotizaciones de clientes, ingresar / actualizar cotizaciones y otra información en CRM, actualizar información en el Sistema de Gestión de Información de Laboratorio (LIMS), investigación de mercado y otras tareas según sea necesario.

**Responsabilidades Específicas**:

- En todo momento, cumple con el Código de Integridad y Conducta Profesional de SGS.
- Genera cotizaciones precisas y marcadas de acuerdo con los estándares de SGS.
- Asiste según sea necesario en la compilación de la documentación requerida para las RFP: certificaciones, currículums, etc.
- Ayuda en las notificaciones de seguimiento sobre cotizaciones existentes más antiguas según lo requieran los administradores de afiliados.
- Entrada de datos de cotizaciones y RFP en sistemas apropiados (por ejemplo, LIMS, CRM, etc.)
- Actualiza los cambios en la información del cliente en los sistemas apropiados según las instrucciones.
- Las solicitudes de investigación de mercado o de clientes pueden incluir lo siguiente:

- Búsqueda en Internet de datos de clientes o artículos sobre mercados verticales, regulaciones, etc.
- Generación de leads: Búsqueda de listas de contactos en varios mercados
- Revisión del sitio web de la competencia y resumen de información
- Se comunica, según sea necesario, con los ISM y otro personal interno.
- Desarrolla habilidades y conocimientos para progresar en tu carrera.
- Desarrolla la confianza al proporcionar respuestas oportunas a todas las consultas, ya sea por Teams, correo electrónico o teléfono.
- Promueve una actitud positiva de "Se puede hacer" y un entorno de trabajo seguro.
- Estar bien informado y cumplir con los procedimientos y estándares de SGS.
- Toma la iniciativa en todo lo que hacemos y realiza otras tareas según sea necesario para promover la misión de servicio, calidad y crecimiento de SGS.
- Construye y mantiene relaciones de trabajo sólidas.
- Cumple con todas las políticas y procedimientos de SGS QHSE y RRHH.

**Requisitos** Formación académica**:

- Técnico, Tecnólogo, Estudiante de últimos semestres de Administración, Mercadeo, Ingeniería Industrial o afines.
- Capacidad para leer e interpretar documentos como reglas de seguridad, instrucciones de operación y mantenimiento y manuales de procedimientos.
- Capacidad para presentar información de manera efectiva en situaciones individuales y de grupos pequeños a los clientes o empleados de la organización.
- Capacidad para aplicar la comprensión del sentido común para llevar a cabo instrucciones proporcionadas en forma escrita, oral o de diagrama.
- Conocimientos intermedios de informática personal, incluyendo correo electrónico, Microsoft Office, solicitudes de tareas laborales, Internet, sistema de datos en línea.

**Experiência**:Entre 1 a 2 años de experiência en roles similares o mas.

**Conocimientos técnicos**:

- Microsoft Office intermedio.
- Idiomas: Inglés B2 o más.

**Información adicional**
Horario: Lunes a viernes, en general 8:00am a 5:00pm, sin embargo se requiere flexibilidad en caso se requiera algún cambio de 7:00am a 4:00pm o 11:00am a 8:00pm.

Modalidad: Presencial.

Salario: 2.600.000 COP

Contrato obra o labor por 6 meses inicialmente. Opción de pasar con contrato indefinido de acuerdo a desempeño.
