**Department Overview**: Inside Sales is a vital part of each regional sales team. We are the first point of contact for new clients. We provide resources for various regions globally. Our role includes assisting with project details and generating new business.
**Inside Sales Development Representative is in charge of prospecting for new business by cold calling and generating new leads, following up on existing opportunities. This role will primarily support Colombia, Mexico and the Caribbean.
- Coordinate, promote and lead webinars in your assigned region as directed by the Inside Sales Team Lead, LATAM.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives for your assigned territory.

**Basic Requirements**:
- 1+ years of experience within an Inside Sales organization
- Preferred experience with technology sales, cold calling, and webinars.
- Required native or fluent in Spanish and English languages both verbal & writing.
- Some travel may be required during the execution of the duties
- Availability to work from Autopista Norte 108-27 Torre 1, Piso 14,
