**The Roadmap to Sales Success: Inside Sales Representative**

Employment Type: Indefinite Term Type Contract
- Shift: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST
- Work Setup: Onsite, Bogota/Medellin

**Unleash Your Sales Prowess: Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, overcome objections, and transfer qualified prospects to insurance agents.
- Handle inbound calls by identifying the reason for the call and then transferring the individual to the correct queue.
- Build rapport with clients over the phone.
- Run the sales process effectively with organized notes and tasks for follow-ups.
- Collect customer information accurately and diligently.
- Clearly articulate our client's value proposition to the consumer.
- Achieve sales targets for calls, transfers, conversion, and quality.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in sales or customer service.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to overcome objections and handle adversity.
- Strong work ethic and drive.
- Must be a passionate individual capable of conveying the value of our message clearly.
- Strong written skills for taking helpful call notes.
- Self-starter mentality.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and demands in a fast-paced environment.
