The **Compliance and Marketing Assistant** is responsible for having knowledge of federal and state regulations with an emphasis on marketing regulations in order to effectively assist in researching, preparing and maintaining social media reviews and other compliance clerical duties.

**What do you need to succeed?**
- English Level: C1.
- Perform all actions in accordance with the Mission, Vision, and Convictions of EHL.

- Possess knowledge about Evergreen’s mortgage processes and products to answer questions and support staff.
- Demonstrate basic knowledge of financial services and mortgages, including understanding of mortgage products and services, regulations, auditing, and compliance.
- Exhibit knowledge of marketing compliance.
- Excel in prioritization, time management, and organization, with a high attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Work well as part of a team, as well as independently.
- Exercise good judgment and strong character, and be motivated and hardworking.
- Ability to work well with fellow associates, clients, and vendors.
- Possess good communication skills and maintain neat, clean, and healthy work habits.
**What awaits you in this role?**
- Manage the mailbox for marketing compliance.
- Assist with training co-workers on social media compliance and marketing.
- Provide compliance support and conduct compliance reviews on marketing collateral to ensure compliance with applicable financial industry advertising/marketing laws and regulations, including but not limited to USAAP and RESPA.
- Provide compliance marketing support on websites, new products, online material, marketing platforms, mobile apps, vendors, etc.
- Monitor and conduct compliance reviews of loan originators' work-related social media accounts, including websites, blogs, and other digital platforms.
- Liaise with loan originators to address and resolve compliance issues on their social media accounts.
- Monitor internet sites for negative reviews, investigate, and provide a response to the review.
- Take responsibility to keep up to date with regulations and policies and complete all required compliance training.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
