  • Desarrollar una cultura de gestión por procesos, garantizar la efectividad y el mejoramiento continuo de los mismos y de esta manera contribuir al logro de los objetivos estratégicos de la compañía.
  • Coordinar la definición (levantamiento de la situación actual, identificación de propuestas de mejora, definición de procesos futuros e indicadores de medición), implementación (estructuración de pruebas piloto, replica y estabilización de procesos) y actualización (chequeos, revisión, trámite de las solicitudes de cambio) del modelo de procesos requerido, de acuerdo con la metodología definida, con el fin de contribuir al aumento de la productividad y competitividad de la compañía.
  • Coordinar la documentación de procedimientos y el ingreso de toda la información de procesos al "portal de procesos intranet", con el fin de contribuir a la gestión del conocimiento.
  • Coordinar la gestión del cambio para los procesos intervenidos (alineado con la gestión del cambio integral de gestión por procesos), mediante la definición e implementación de planes de formación, comunicación y sensibilización, con el fin de garantizar la correcta ejecución de los nuevos procesos.
