ACE Project Manager Objetivo del cargo:

Este rol es responsable de proporcionar información sobre el estado y las actualizaciones a los equipos ejecutivos y de marca, ayudar a los líderes de negocios, CEx (excelencia del cliente) y BTS (soluciones tecnológicas comerciales) a desarrollar sus definiciones y enfoques de proyectos, capacitar a los equipos de proyectos para lograr un mejor desempeño y administrar nuestros procesos y herramientas de gestión de proyectos y programas.

El PMO también es responsable de coordinar y respaldar la ejecución de la capacidad omnicanal en todas las áreas terapéuticas, estableciendo una interfaz entre los equipos locales, regionales y globales.


Responsabilidades principales:

  • Supervisar el desempeño de la entrega del proyecto ACE en la filial
  • Asegurarse de que los proyectos se inicien, se entreguen y se cierren con el marco de gobernanza
  • Revisar los informes de estado del proyecto y proporcionar paneles de control consolidados, información y recomendaciones a los equipos de liderazgo
  • Iniciar acciones correctivas cuando sea necesario para resolver conflictos de recursos o abordar proyectos de bajo rendimiento
  • Experiencia en gestión de proyectos digitales, incluida la planificación, la ejecución y el control
  • Actuar como punto focal de comunicación entre equipos locales y globales, facilitando el intercambio de información y la alineación estratégica.
  • Colaborar con los equipos de desarrollo, marketing y otras áreas involucradas, brindando apoyo y orientación para la implementación de proyectos WWD y digitales.
  • Mejorar continuamente la eficacia de la ejecución, las metodologías y los procesos del proyecto
  • Gestionar y refinar los procesos de presentación, priorización y aprobación del marco del proyecto
  • Capturar y publicar lecciones aprendidas y KPI de desempeño en proyectos como una medida de mejora y referencia para proyectos futuros

Requisitos:

  • Títulos universitarios en Negocios, Marketing, Tecnología y otros afines.
  • Se prefiere experiencia en la industria farmacéutica.
  • Experiencia con metodologías y herramientas de gestión de proyectos, como Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello, entre otros.
  • Experiencia en proyectos de Marketing Digital
  • Capacidad para analizar datos y métricas relacionadas con proyectos omnicanal, interpretar resultados y proponer mejoras.
  • Sólidas habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita, con capacidad para interactuar eficazmente con equipos multidisciplinarios y partes interesadas.
  • 7-10 años de experiencia en el negocio, con 5 años de experiencia significativa en gestión de programas y proyectos, y liderazgo de PMO multifuncional.
  • Inglés Avanzado
