Client Overview:
Sagan represents a distinguished signage firm recognized for its cutting-edge solutions and exceptional customer service. We are in search of a proficient and committed Signage Project Coordinator to assist our senior sales personnel and guarantee the effective execution of our projects.

Position Overview:
In the role of Signage Project Coordinator, you will be instrumental in delivering administrative support to our sales division. This position demands robust organizational capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and strong communication skills. You will aid in the coordination of sales initiatives, manage client interactions, and ensure seamless operations within the sales department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate all stages of signage projects, ensuring timely delivery within defined scope and budget.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to comprehend client needs and project specifications.
  • Formulate comprehensive project plans, timelines, and financial outlines.
  • Engage with clients to provide updates and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Utilize project management tools such as Corebridge, Monday, Slack, Trello, and Hubspot for task oversight and progress monitoring.
  • Coordinate with the production team to guarantee accurate and timely delivery.
  • Evaluate project performance and identify opportunities for enhancement.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
  • Maintain well-organized project documentation.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in the signage or a related sector.
  • Mid-level experience (3-5 years).
  • High proficiency in English.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Corebridge, Monday, Slack, Trello, and Hubspot.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with international teams and clients.
  • Familiarity with signage production processes and materials.
  • Background in sales support or customer service.
  • Experience in construction or architecture.
