Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled National Distribution Manager - Energy Drinks to lead our sales teams in the Off Premise Channel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and finance, with a clear understanding of markets, sales & distribution, competitor activity, and consumer behavior in the FMCG context.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Sales Teams: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the Off Premise Channel.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making.
- Team Development: Foster a high-performing team culture, providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities to ensure team members reach their full potential.
- Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, marketing, and finance.
- Travel: Travel up to 40% of the time to support sales teams and attend industry events.
- Education: University Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in the FMCG industry.
