Estamos en búsqueda de un profesional comprometido para el cargo de Jr Operations Supervisor. Este rol implica gestionar, controlar e implementar los procesos administrativos y funcionales de cada operación, estableciendo sólidos lazos en la relación comercial con nuestros clientes mediante el buen desempeño operativo de nuestros colaboradores. El candidato seleccionado tendrá la responsabilidad de desarrollar el potencial de sus colaboradores, manteniendo altos estándares de calidad, satisfacción y bienestar en la cuenta.
Dirección: CAMACOL - Cra 63 # 49a-31, Edificio Camacol Barrio El Estadio. **Totalmente Presencial:** Un día a la semana de home office después de Training.
Remuneración: $ Base prestacional $ Auxilio de vivienda fijo $ , consignado de manera fija a tu cuenta de ahorros). + Salario variable + Oportunidades de crecimiento con base a KPIs, tiempo y performance
Horario: 7:00 am a 7:00 pm, de Lunes a viernes. 47 horas Semanales.
Responsabilidades
Mantener una comunicación abierta y constante con el cliente para fortalecer la relación comercial, gestionando de manera oportuna el talento contratado.
Participar en el proceso de selección de personal, buscando candidatos alineados con los valores de Solvo y del cliente, con las aptitudes necesarias.
Supervisar y controlar la ejecución de las labores de los equipos a través del seguimiento y mentoría a los team leaders, asegurando altos desempeños en los KPIs.
Revisar la documentación de tareas de los colaboradores para prevenir pérdida de posiciones por posible rotación.
Reportar novedades de los colaboradores y hacer seguimiento para una facturación correcta y oportuna.
Analizar, proponer e implementar mejoras en los procesos de cada cuenta basándose en el análisis de datos e indicadores.
Gestionar y responder a inquietudes, sugerencias e inconformidades de los agentes y colaboradores respecto a procesos de soporte.
Habilidades y Calificaciones
-Experiencia de 1 año como supervisor de BPO.
-Inglés B2+/C1 es INDISPENSABLE.
