Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver operational assistance to the Markets & Partnerships division in the LATAM region, emphasizing the collection of market intelligence to inform business growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis, providing insights into strategic trends, long-term opportunities, and immediate tactical information for direct client interactions.
- Facilitate administrative tasks related to sales, ensuring the accurate and timely use of internal systems, as well as tracking and reporting sales performance in targeted markets or sectors.
- Contribute to the strategy for LATAM proposals by identifying potential bids and opportunities, collaborating on bid preparation, and maintaining thorough records.
- Execute local and organization-wide initiatives for business development and account management.
- Assist in organizing events centered on the Andean Region in partnership with strategic allies, while following up on regional activities and tasks.
- Maintain and update the LATAM Key Events list, pinpointing speaking engagements, sponsorships, and networking opportunities.
- Support strategic campaigns initiated by the Markets & Partnerships team.
- Undertake additional support tasks as required by the LATAM Markets & Partnerships team.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant experience may include internships, account management, or customer service roles.
- Demonstrated experience in business development.
- Proven ability to provide sales support to internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in a second language, particularly English.
