The Business Insights Analyst will play a crucial role in enhancing business growth and client relations as part of Control Risks' Markets and Partnerships team in the LATAM region on a contractual basis. The chosen individual will focus on gathering insights about clients and conducting thorough data analysis. Furthermore, the analyst will assist in communication efforts, understanding client needs and developments, and maintaining relationships with clients in the Andean Region geomarket.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver operational assistance to the broader Markets & Partnerships division in LATAM, emphasizing the collection of market intelligence to inform business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis, identifying strategic trends, long-term opportunities, and immediate tactical information for direct client interactions.
  • Facilitate administrative tasks related to sales, ensuring the accurate and timely use of internal systems, along with tracking and reporting sales data across specific markets or sectors.
  • Contribute to the LATAM proposal strategy by pinpointing bids and opportunities, collaborating on bid preparation, and maintaining records.
  • Execute local and group-wide initiatives for business development and account management.
  • Assist in organizing events centered on the Andean Region, collaborating with strategic partners and allies, and following up on regional activities.
  • Maintain and update the LATAM Key Events list, identifying opportunities for speaking engagements, sponsorships, and networking events.
  • Support strategic campaigns led by the Markets & Partnerships team.
  • Perform additional support tasks as required by the Markets & Partnerships LATAM team.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience may include internships, account management, or customer service roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in business development.
  • Proven track record of providing sales support to internal stakeholders.
  • Fluency in a second language, particularly English.
