The Business Insights Analyst will play a crucial role in enhancing business growth and client relations as part of Control Risks' Markets and Partnerships team, operating on a contractual basis. The chosen individual will focus on gathering insights about clients and interpreting data effectively. Furthermore, the analyst will facilitate communication, comprehend client needs and market trends, and maintain follow-ups with clients across the Andean Region and all account managers involved in the expanding Control Risks' operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in operational tasks for the broader Markets & Partnerships division in the LATAM area, emphasizing the collection of market intelligence to inform business growth strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Deliver comprehensive market research and analysis, encompassing strategic trends, long-term prospects, and immediate tactical insights for direct client interactions.
  • Support sales administration activities, ensuring the accurate and timely use of internal systems, alongside tracking and reporting sales performance in targeted markets or sectors.
  • Contribute to the LATAM proposal strategy by identifying potential bids and opportunities, aiding in bid preparation, and maintaining thorough records.
  • Execute local and organization-wide initiatives for business development and account management.
  • Assist in organizing events centered on the Andean Region with strategic partners and relevant themes, while following up on regional events and activities.
  • Maintain and update the LATAM Key Events list, pinpointing speaking opportunities, sponsorships, and networking occasions.
  • Support strategic campaigns initiated by the Markets & Partnerships team.
  • Undertake additional support tasks as required by the Markets & Partnerships LATAM team.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional experience may include internships, account management, or customer service roles.
  • Proven experience in business development.
  • Experience in providing sales support to internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in a second language, particularly English.
