Job Summary


Responsible for being the internal communication channel designing corporate activities that allow for integration thus ensuring that employees feel that they are in a good working environment.


Responsibilities and Duties.

  • Plan and execute employee engagement programs.
  • Gather feedback, leading focus groups, sending and analyzing satisfaction surveys and helping to create communication channels to receive feedback from employees.
  • Be a communication channel and ambassador of the company to all employees.
  • Participate in and support corporate activities (CSW, Thanksgiving, christmas, etc).
  • Prioritize activities that may overlap with each other. design and activities with employees.
  • Communicate frequently with area leaders.
  • Understand and analyze operation metrics.
  • Maintain a positive attitude.
  • Perform designs/artwork for activities to be performed (CSW, Thanksgiving, christmas SG SST, etc).

Qualifications

  • Higher education in, Social Communication or relevant field.
  • Previous experience in engagement and cultural activities

Basic Salary:
Between 3'000,000M and 4'000,000M. To be agreed according to experience and level of English. _
