El equipo


Serás parte de un equipo EPIC Pertenecerás al equipo de
Engagement que tiene el gran propósito de fortalecer la relación de las marcas con los consumidores para lograr la mejor interacción con nuestros clientes.


Los proyectos en los que estarás tendrán un impacto en consumidor, cliente y en todos los Findasensers, logrando relaciones que funcionan a todos los níveles.


Estarás dentro de un ambiente de autogestión que te permitirá liderar proyectos nuevos y únicos potenciando el Innovation Leader que nos identifica a todos en Findasense.




¿Qué harás?


  • Publicarás el contenido generado por el equipo en la web o red social correspondiente.
  • Publicarás y moderarás (contestar/reportar casos al área correspondiente) todo el contenido creado por el equipo en la red social que corresponda.
  • Participarás proactivamente en las reuniones de equipo con el fin de informar sobre el estado de la comunicación en redes sociales y en la creación de contenido.
  • Gestionarás las alertas de crisis recibidas directamente por los canales de redes sociales de la marca, monitoreo y propuesta de acciones.
  • Interacturarás con los usuarios, contribuyendo a identificar usuarios claves, fans e influencers.
  • Realizarás informes cuantitativos y cualitativos sobre la performance en redes sociales.
  • Investigarás nuevas tendencias en RRSS que contribuyan con la creación de contenidos para las marcas y/o clientes actuales.
  • Realizarás la cobertura de eventos RTM.
  • Interacción diaria con los clientes.

Requirements:



¿Quién eres?

Aportarás 1 a 2 años de experiência como Community Manager.

Profesional en Marketing, Publicidad, Comunicación social o afines.

Nível de inglés alto.

Aportarás conocimiento en:

  • Manejo de plataformas de gestión de Engagement, Monitoreo y Listening.
  • Manejo de herramientas como Sprinklr, Business Manager de Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tik Tok.
  • Con habilidades de trabajo en equipo, proactividad e innovación.
  • Comunicación asertiva y pasión por las RRSS.
  • Conocimientos de fotografía y buen manejo de cámara fotográfica o teléfono celular para coberturas (Nicetohave).
