As a leading digital marketing agency specializing in generating exceptional results for cannabis businesses, we take pride in our skilled team and a portfolio of attractive case studies showcasing our success.


We are seeking a dedicated LinkedIn Outreach Specialist to further expand our reach, grow our client portfolio, and foster valuable connections within the industry.

Training will be provided to ensure success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with target prospects through engaging conversations on LinkedIn
  • Handle inbound inquiries and effectively convert them into scheduled sales calls
  • Generate 30 new LinkedIn connections daily
  • Like and engage with 70 comments on relevant LinkedIn posts and content daily
  • Send out 30 personalized outreach messages daily
  • Report on completed activities and engagement status of target prospects daily

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in LinkedIn outreach, relationship building, and sales conversion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Familiarity with sales techniques and lead generation strategies on LinkedIn
  • Ability to work during U.S. work hours (9:00am5:00pm PST, Mon-Fri)

Schedule and Compensation:

  • Parttime role: 20 hours per week
  • Compensation: $500 $750 per month, based on experience and performance
  • Bonus and raises: Contingent on hitting the established performance targets and quality standards
