OBJETIVO:
Apoyar y supervisar la ejecución de las estrategias, planes y programas asignados para la consecución de las metas mensuales y anuales de la unidad de negocio, bajo los principios de eficiencia teniendo en cuenta los ANS definidos por el cliente.
FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES
- Realizar seguimiento al equipo de trabajo con las alertas generadas desde coordinación sobre indicadores de recaudo y calidad
- Apoyar en la generacion de reportes de cumplimiento y los informes que sean requeridos por su jefe inmediato y los establecidos por el cliente
- Dar apoyo a coordinación para garantizar el cumplimento de los ANS establecidos por el cliente en entrega de informes y cumplimiento de metas
- Realizar acompañamiento en procesos de formación y seguimiento diario al equipo de trabajo
- Generar oportunamente las alertas ante cualquier inconsistencia o inconveniente que pudiese afectar la normal ejecución del proceso
- Apoyo en el envío de masivos, generación de reportes e información para la coordinación
- En caso de ausencia de coordinador apoyar en el proceso de la operación como actualización de bases asignación de tareas y acompañamiento a los asesores para asegurar en el funcionamiento normal de la operación.
- Acompañamiento a los asesores en su gestión y brindar la solución de inconvenientes en las llamadas
- Proponer la mejor alternativa de trabajo que se adapte a sus procedimientos y genere valor agregado en calidad, oportunidad y costos frente al proceso del cliente y dentro de la organización.
- Dar uso adecuado a las herramientas asignadas para el buen desempeño de la labor contratada, y cumplir con todas las demás funciones del cargo o cargos que desempeñe y sean asignadas por el jefe inmediato.
EDUCACIÓN:
Bachiller o técnico o tecnólogo en carreras Administrativas
EXPERIENCIA:
Mínima de 6 meses en Call Center

CONDICIONES:
Para laborar en un horario de Lunes a jueves 7:30 am - 5:00 pm Viernes 8:00 am - 5:00 pm y Sábados 7:00 a 1:00 p.m.
