Job Description

**Accounting Team Leader**

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Team Leader to join our team at Alfa Laval. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading our accounting processes and team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounting Process Leadership: Oversee the accurate and timely recording of accounting transactions, ensuring compliance with Alfa Laval's Group overall structure.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review full P&L and Balance Sheet, as well as secure Group, Statutory, and Tax Reporting.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare and/or review required tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established accounting principles and procedures.
  • Team Supervision: Coordinate with counterparts in finance processes, supervise the compliance for audits, and process owner for accounting processes within the company.
  • Financial Systems: Responsible for Finance ERP systems and contribute to its improvements.
  • Team Development: Assign tasks and scope for the Accounting Team, including Accounting Analyst, Accounting Assistant, and Intern.
  • Leadership and Administration: Comply with leadership tasks in Alfa Laval, including development, performance evaluation, and administrative activities.
Requirements:
  • Accounting Degree: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Leadership Experience: Experience leading accounting processes and teams.
  • Communication Skills: Great communication and relationship skills, with English fluency to participate in global meetings.
