Job Title: Payments Shift Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payments Shift Leader to join our team at Betsson AB. As a Payments Shift Leader, you will be responsible for handling contacts related to payments queries raised by customers or any internal or external parties.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Allocate and prioritize tasks during the shift to ensure efficient and effective management of payments and risk queries.
  2. Act as the first line of contact for 3rd party providers regarding payments related issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
  3. Take ownership of any issues occurring during their shift, effectively managing the issue and taking the most efficient course of action to minimize customer impact and workload.
  4. Answer escalations from customer support and follow up on the timely resolution of issues.
  5. Handle payments and risk queries and escalations from customer support via chat, IM, and emails.
  6. Collaborate with the Payments and Fraud Team Leader on any issues facing the team.
  7. Work together with the Payments and Fraud Team Leader to improve and maintain procedures within the Payments Team.
  8. Raise any trends in escalations, denoting a possible generic issue with anything payment related.
  9. Ensure that ongoing tech issues are monitored and proper follow-up is done to ensure minimal downtime and customer impact.
  10. Be a point of contact for any payment and fraud related issues or questions.
  11. Process internal crediting requests.
  12. Be a point of assistance to other team members when needed.
  13. Ensure that fraud and risk prevention rules are followed and applied when processing any of the Payments and Fraud Shift Leader tasks.
  14. Help in processing payments when needed and any other additional tasks when required.
Requirements:
  1. Good command of English.
  2. Previous experience in customer support.
  3. Previous experience in an office environment.
  4. Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
  5. Background in customer service (face-to-face, online, or via phone calls).
  6. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
  8. Prior experience in the iGaming sector or payments/finance is highly valued.
  9. Eagerness to learn and develop.
  10. Proactive and forward-thinking skills.
