Business Development Manager Google

Como Business Development Manager en Google, tu rol es asegurar que los resultados obtenidos se alineen con los objetivos estratégicos y financieros de la organización, en colaboración con los fabricantes y TD SYNNEX.
Uno de tus principales enfoques será establecer relaciones duraderas con los fabricantes para potenciar la presencia en el mercado objetivo.
Tu responsabilidad incluye la venta directa de TD SYNNEX al proveedor y actuar como referente especializado en las tecnologías y programas del proveedor.
Además, serás el encargado de comunicar las estrategias del proveedor, gestionar programas de reembolso, desarrollar iniciativas para apoyar la dirección del negocio y colaborar con el equipo de Marketing para estimular la demanda.
Lo que harás:- Atención y consolidación de relaciones con los fabricantes.
- Diseñar estrategias de venta, planes de apoyo al canal y fortalecimiento de la marca.
- Brindar soporte y guía al equipo interno y canales para identificar nuevas oportunidades comerciales.
- Creación e implementación del presupuesto.
- Desarrollo y gestión de negocios.
- Realizar tareas adicionales según requerimientos.
- Cumplir con los estándares de asistencia y puntualidad.
- Formación académica en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Telecomunicaciones o áreas afines.
- Experiencia mínima de 3 años en roles como Product Manager o Business Development Manager.
- Experiencia en el manejo de soluciones de Google.
- Conocimientos en áreas como proyección presupuestal, desarrollo de negocios, responsabilidad de cuotas, Cloud y seguridad informática.
- Competencias como orientación a resultados, comunicación efectiva, impacto comercial e influencia, proactividad y habilidad en organización.
- Habilidad para diseñar soluciones a problemas complejos y mejorar procedimientos.
- Especialización o Maestría en Negocios, Mercadeo (Deseable).
- Certificaciones en Cloud (Deseable).
- Dominio del inglés (nivel B2 o superior) es un plus.
- Entorno Profesional de Oficina (Híbrido).
- Horarios no convencionales según las necesidades del negocio.
