As the Head of Industry, you will lead and coach high-performing professionals that use consultative sales skills to understand our advertisers' needs and deliver measurable solutions.

You will also work with the Sales leadership team to set strategic objectives and run the day-to-day operations for the business.

You will help the teams to deliver on goals, and partner with clients to exceed business and merchant growth goals across markets and verticals.


In this role, you will be responsible for growing the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Pharma and Telco industries in Colombia so that consumers have increased access to information, goods and tools.


Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world's biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands.

We enjoy a bird's eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age.

We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.


Responsibilities:

  • Structure a longterm joint strategy between Google and clients from different industries (e.g., CPG, Pharma and Telco) and lead a crossfunctional team within Google to collaborate on projects and drive client success.
  • Plan for, and achieve, growth goals, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives.
  • Build a knowledge of how Google advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
  • Build and manage relationships with Clevel clients and partners, understanding their business needs.
  • Manage a team of Account Executives and Account Managers, set and communicate team priorities and make decisions and support activities that align with Google's values.
