The Work You'll Do:


As a Sales Enablement Manager at Sovos you will have the opportunity to work with a global team, and train our new hires and existing sales executives to sell against a mission critical problem that customers need.

Come enable our Sales Team to sell for THE market leader in cloud tax software.


This role is a great opportunity for folks who have some Sales experience and a strong training background (including content development, instructional design and facilitation).

The position offers the ability to manage all aspects of the training program for all of Reps from across all of our lines of business, and it is focused on Spanish-speaking Americas.

You will create and maintain training programs to maximize our new hires' and existing Sovos sales executives' ability to drive revenue.

Ultimately, you would be responsible for the onboarding and on-going training of the Sales team, making sure that they understand our Sovos products, processes, and methodology.


_ More specifically, you will:
_


  • Create, design, deliver, and continuously improve the internal sales training programs (Bootcamp) for our lines of business as well as provide ongoing learning opportunities for the company's new and existing Sovosians.
  • Work with SMEs to create eLearnings, videobased roleplays, and scenarios for live roleplays that will help Sales Reps put their learning into practice and articulate concepts on their own.
  • Facilitate learning related to our technology and total suite of product offerings in addition to professional selling skills, sales processes, and information about our clients and industry.
  • Contact and schedule internal and external speakers, and technical or product specialists for specialized training sessions.
  • Utilize a variety of training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs and salesforce.
  • Direct specific sales training needs assessments to support the design, development, and delivery of improvements to the sales training programs.

  • Monitor and measure effectiveness of all sales training including facilitating assessments and grading training attendees
  • Partner with Sales Leaders, Human Resources, and Product Marketing to analyze the performance of sales force so that additional training can be prescribed and developed

What We Need From You:

  • A successful Enablement Sales Manager/ Sales Trainer at Sovos will be passionate about the sales enablement process, have an eye to look for areas of continued improvement, and has the ability to get buyin from Senior Leaders across departments. Sales Trainers equip, inspire, and teach our Sales Executives to engage in complex, clientcentric, and authentic conversations that will ultimately lead to a successful close and partnership.
  • 5+ years of professional experience
  • Experience in instructional design (including eLearning and video creation and editing), experience working with SMEs for content development and in training facilitation.
  • Strong organizational, planning, project management, problem resolution, communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills
  • Some travel may be required for training opportunities, events, or to other Sovos locations
  • English level advanced
  • Knowledge with Articulate 360
