Your typical day:

  • Act as the regional Channel Enablement point of contact with the Sales and LatCar Marketing teams, translating corporate marketing and sales initiatives into practical strategies for sales partners
  • Create customized sales resources in collaboration with Product Marketing Management and Sales, including on-demand webinars and presentation templates for partner training and product updates
  • Collaborate with Application Engineers to develop on-demand training materials, aiding sales partners in rapidly mastering Genetec solutions, tools, and platforms
  • Conduct onsite commercial training for a select group of regional partners, and establish learning paths integrating commercial and technical certification training
  • Promote region-specific initiatives to enhance channel partner engagement and loyalty with Genetec
  • Initiate internal workshops to streamline the sales process for the field team, and work with the LatCar Channel Sales team on program strategy and effectiveness
  • Supervise the daily operations of the LatCar Channel Sales team, ensuring alignment and backing for Genetec's field sales team and systems integrators
  • Regularly liaise with management to offer updates and strategic recommendations for boosting team performance
  • Acquire proficiency in CRM and Power BI to aid the sales team with analytics and performance monitoring
  • Administer routine performance evaluations, offering feedback and guidance to team members for ongoing growth
  • Enhance and bolster Genetec's partner program in the region, assisting the sales team in performance assessment and promoting channel partners within the program

About you:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field, with a solid background in channel/indirect sales models or sales enablement programs
  • Demonstrated program/project management and content development capabilities, with a history of end-to-end ownership and successful project delivery
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision, translating broad directives into effective initiatives
  • Strong relationship-building skills across different teams, along with exceptional communication and presentation aptitudes
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and process-driven, with a deep understanding of intricate technology systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience in the IT and/or IP Security industry is advantageous

Desirable qualifications:

  • Proficient in both verbal and written English communication
  • Proficient in both verbal and written Spanish communication
  • Knowledge of Portuguese is a bonus
  • Travel Requirement: Travel as needed for regional meetings
