Proporcionar al equipo las herramientas y estrategias para fidelizar clínicas, automatizar procesos, bajar estrategias globales al equipo, trabajar de la mano con el área comercial, lograr métricas de engagement, estabilizar el churn rate y generar estrategias de upselling.


  • Gestionar, entrenar y preparar un equipo de consultores B2B
  • Alcanzar objetivos de acuerdo al target de engagementchurn
  • Trabajar en estrategias para mejorar procesos de customer happiness
  • Gestionar tableros de indicadores
  • Planificar y desarrollar materiales para la capacitación del equipo
  • Proporcionar continuamente feedback al equipo de producto (local/global)
  • Brindar al equipo actualizaciones sobre producto
  • Crear, diseñar y mejorar el customer journey ( Fidelización de cliente, crear estrategias de retención de clientes)
  • Sensibilidad con resultados basados en OIT ́s / KPI ́s

Requisitos:

° 2 años de experiência en customer service, liderando equipos de atención a clientes B2B

° Habilidades de gestión (al menos 20 personas)

° Experiência en trabajo con equipos remotos

° Experiência B2B (servicios intangibles)
