YOUR TASKS:

  • Actively search and establish partnerships with firms / freelancers in the HR/recruitment sector, focusing on Blue Collar placements.
  • Onboard acquired partners who will supply candidates for temporary employment in Poland.
  • Inform partners about the proposed cooperation model, manage result-based settlements, and coordinate operational activities.
  • Provide support to partners in marketing efforts by delivering marketing materials.
  • Verify candidates submitted by partners for suitability for offered positions.
  • Collaborate with legal, marketing, finance, and other departments as necessary.

OUR EXPECTATIONS:

  • Recruitment Expertise: Experience or beeing familiar with the recruitment process (candidate screening, verification, and basic skills assessment).
  • Communication & Training: Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to interact with partners, provide training materials, and deliver clear information.
  • Organization & Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Experience tracking partner performance, candidate progress, and referral fees, potentially with proficiency in CRM software.
  • Network Management: Experience managing, and expanding partner networks, preferably in a recruitment or related field.
  • Sales & Business Development: Experience in acquiring new clients or managing and closely collaborating with existing ones (proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships).
