About the Job

As Project Coordinator, You will

  • Assist in defining project scope, requirements, and success criteria
  • Coordinator project management team meetings, prepare agendas, and document minute meetings
  • Assist in developing project plans, objectives, and deliverables
  • Contribute to the identification and assessment of project risks
  • Collaborate with project managers to monitor project progress and track milestones
  • Assist in maintaining project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and change requests
  • Support project managers in identifying and resolving project issues and conflicts
  • Monitor project budget and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines
  • Help maintain project communication channels and ensure timely dissemination of project information
  • Coordinate projectrelated communication between project team members, clients, and other stakeholders
  • Contribute to the preparation of project status reports and progress updates
  • Assist in conducting postproject evaluations and capturing lessons learned
  • Provide general administrative support to the project management team
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth project workflow
  • Assist in maintaining project management tools and systems
As Project Coordinator, You Have

  • Some postsecondary education or completion of a postsecondary degree with a major in Business will be considered an asset
  • 23 years of experience in the contact center and/or customer service industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic work environment
  • Ability to organize and followup on multiple tasks/details with accuracy and timeliness
  • Ability to adhere to all organizational policies and procedures
  • Ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization and work with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to adapt to change and innovation
