A Digital and Media Manager at P&G plays a key role in crafting and executing a comprehensive media strategy for the company's employer brands. They delve into research, analyze data, and provide insights on the most effective media channels to engage with our target audience for our brands while considering factors like reach, efficiency, and effectiveness. Moreover, they are well-versed in negotiating company rates, optimizing placements, ensuring brand safety, and managing the media budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy Development: Research, establish objectives, identify the target audience, and define content themes. Choose suitable platforms and engagement tactics.
- Paid Social Media Strategy Development: Harmonize paid strategies with the organic approach. Segment target audiences and define campaign goals.
- Community Management and Engagement: Monitor, interact, and cultivate a positive online community. Address concerns and determine the ideal posting frequency.
- Ad Campaign Creation and Management: Implement campaigns, enhance creatives and budgets. Monitor performance, adapt strategies, and conduct A/B testing.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor metrics, evaluate data, and generate reports. Collaborate with the organic team for enhancements.
Job Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, or a related field
- 1 - 3 years of experience in performance marketing, covering all stages across LinkedIn and Meta
- Experience in configuring, optimizing, and reporting on Digital campaigns
- Accountable, independent, organized, inquisitive, committed, and analytical
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and Digital Buying Platforms like Google AdWords, Facebook Business Manager, etc.
- Proficiency in English (B2+ level in BELT)
Skills:
- Strong analytical and research abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with both traditional and digital media
- Capability to think innovatively and strategically
