We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager

Requirements:

  • 3 years experience in the BPO Industry
  • 2 years of experience in Talent Management positions (TA Manager, Recruitment Coordinator, Lead Sourcer, Sourcing Supervisor)
  • Preferably a bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, etc.
  • English level C1

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and provide structure to the talent acquisition team in charge of hiring and sourcing the best talent.
  • Develop and define new, creative, proactive recruitment and selection strategies for the company's growth implementation.
  • Develop and support the sourcing strategy for each role.
  • Maintain constant communications between all departments within the company and also with the client
  • Identify and define strategic KPIs of the area in order to develop growth opportunities.
  • Have knowledge of recruitment marketing tools and programs (job boards, ATS,etc.).
  • Vast understanding and knowledge of the various changes within the call center market.
