  • Responsibilities:
  • 2. Develop Strategies based on business plans to enhance attraction of top industry talent;
  • 3. Work closely with the team and operations to create models to understand the current and future talent needs of the organisations;
  • 4. Partner with the Director of Talent Acquistion and hiring managers to thoroughly understand the company's hiring goals and plan effectively;
  • 5. Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniqies in order to be competitive in stateoftheart recruiting practices
  • 6. Manage efficient, fastpaced, full cycle recruiting operations which support the site's rapid hiring growth;
  • 7. Provide regular reporting to hiring managers on effectiveness of the recruiting funnel and recommend strategies to improve;
  • 8. Collaborate with Marketing Teams to enshance and promote Qualfon's Employment brand;
  • 9. Build relationship with LGU's, Universities, etc presenting recruiting events locally and involvement in social media and other external opportunities; Area of expertise (Skills) A succeful track record of recruitming management at a rapidly growing BPO organization
  • Handson experience with relevant social media, events and recruiting channels
  • 5 years of experience in TA/Recruiting
  • Experience utilizing various recruitment and ATS platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field
  • Strategic thinker who can support and refine an end to end recruiting, interviewing and hiring process. N2n process
