Position Main Purpose


We're currently searching for a highly organized and skilled digital marketing lead for a regional position (North Latin America) to join our team at Kimberly Clark.

As a digital marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our brand's growth and success with an emphasis in digital.

We're looking for someone with a strong background in digital marketing, exceptional strategic and communication skills, and a passion for transformation.

Overall responsibilities

  • Work together with the regional Media team + data to deliver a holistic consumer experience
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth.
  • Oversee social media platforms, working together with the agencies to create compelling and relevant content to engage the target audience.
  • Support regional digital agencies to achieve desired marketing outcomes
  • Support Marketing teams to deliver digital strategies to grow our brands
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, making datadriven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align marketing activities with overall business objectives.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing strategies.
Some requirements

  • English and Spanish is a must
  • Strong ability to plan and manage numerous processes, people and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or related roles
  • Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
  • Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth.
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in utilizing marketing tools and platforms (Google analytics, Google search, Media dashboards)
