We have defined clear focus areas for Latam to guide our efforts to deliver on Yara's ambitious targets.
Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) will mainly be responsible for recruitments for the Digital Ag team, accross the Americas region. In addition, this position will support other recruitments based on needs and capacity.

The TAC is accountable for delivering end to end expert recruitment services (from briefing to negotiations offers) for our teams and take responsibility for all aspects of operational recruiting.

Also, TAC works as advisor about the internal and external processes and practices and enables the organization to hire with focus on quality, diversity, speed and competitive cost frame.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead talent adcquisition process of positions accross Americas, with main focus on Digital Ag team.
  • Support in define and develop the talent adquisition strategy for Digital Ag.
  • Responsible for placement across the region ensuring that targets are met.
  • Identify proactively key talents in market according the differents areas neededs and opportunities.
  • Ensure focus on Diversity & Inclusion within the talent aquisition process.
  • Using Power BI insights gained though relationships to anticipate future recruitment needs and consistently adding value for the areas.
  • Maintaining a professional network; attending career fairs, college universities and networking events.
  • Manage relationships with partner areas.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with the internal clients across the region.
  • Work in close collaboration with HR in the countries accross the Americas region when creating offers and onboarding activities.

Know and comply with the Policy, Safety Principles, guidelines and HESQ standards established by the company, based on the Safe by Choice philosophy, as well as the applicable legal requirements and Know and comply with the other requirements defined in the Matrix of HESQ Responsibilities, associated with their position / role.


Profile:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Human Resources or Psychologist.
  • Previous expertise in project advisory could be consider as a plus.
  • Knowledge on SuccessFactors LMS module is an advantage.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 35 years of experience within Talent Acquisition positions for consulting or worldwide companies.
  • Experience and knowledge in the labor market for countries as within the Americas Region is a plus.

Knowledge and skills:

Excellent organizational & time management skills
Great Communications skills, both written and verbal
The ability to practice cultural sensibility & engage with people around the region.
Experience in IT tools related to TA or recruitment processes.

Other requirements:

Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish, and Portuguese language skills an advantage.
Legal right to work in Colombia.
