  • Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias efectivas de ventas para impulsar el crecimiento de la cartera de clientes.
  • Gestionar y cultivar relaciones sólidas con clientes existentes, identificando oportunidades para maximizar la participación y la satisfacción.
  • Prospectar y cerrar nuevas cuentas, asegurando un flujo constante de negocios.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos internos para garantizar la eficiencia operativa y la entrega de servicios de alta calidad.
  • Mantenerse actualizado(a) sobre las tendencias del mercado y la competencia para identificar oportunidades estratégicas.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência comprobada de al menos 10 años en el sector de agentes de carga internacional.
  • Historial exitoso en la generación de ingresos y cumplimiento de objetivos de ventas.
  • Habilidades sólidas de negociación y cierre de acuerdos.
  • Excelente capacidad para construir y mantener relaciones efectivas con clientes y colegas.
  • Conocimiento profundo de la industria logística y las tendencias del mercado.
  • Orientado(a) a resultados, proactivo(a) y con habilidades analíticas.
