Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
  • Organize and manage customer relationships, including sales promotions, demonstrations, and presentations.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports to senior management.
  • Develop and implement plans for meetings with directors and managers from direct and channel customers.
  • Manage the development and servicing of laboratory accounts and channels in the territory to achieve business sales.
  • Meet or exceed established sales quotas and margins through the implementation of sales and marketing strategies within the expense budget.
  • Forecast sales volumes in reference to key customers and products.
  • Identify, classify, and acquire new accounts and register them into the SFDC tool.
  • Report results against forecasts to senior management and make adjustments to business plans as needed.
  • Participate in the preparation of sales plans and campaigns, business plans, and product development plans.
  • Implement those plans and ensure their successful execution.
  • Solve difficult problems and customer complaints.
  • Maintain relationships with key customers.
  • Develop pipeline in each territory supervised and manage pipeline using CRM.
  • Grow installed bases.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in Dx marketing and sales.
  • Expert level in OFFICE pack.
  • Ability to travel up to 70%.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish.
  • Market analysis and attention to detail.
  • Timely decision making and decision quality.
  • Customer focus and relationship management.
  • Commercial and business acumen.
  • Negotiation and influence.
