We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
- Organize and manage customer relationships, including sales promotions, demonstrations, and presentations.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports to senior management.
- Develop and implement plans for meetings with directors and managers from direct and channel customers.
- Manage the development and servicing of laboratory accounts and channels in the territory to achieve business sales.
- Meet or exceed established sales quotas and margins through the implementation of sales and marketing strategies within the expense budget.
- Forecast sales volumes in reference to key customers and products.
- Identify, classify, and acquire new accounts and register them into the SFDC tool.
- Report results against forecasts to senior management and make adjustments to business plans as needed.
- Participate in the preparation of sales plans and campaigns, business plans, and product development plans.
- Implement those plans and ensure their successful execution.
- Solve difficult problems and customer complaints.
- Maintain relationships with key customers.
- Develop pipeline in each territory supervised and manage pipeline using CRM.
- Grow installed bases.
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in Dx marketing and sales.
- Expert level in OFFICE pack.
- Ability to travel up to 70%.
- Bilingual English and Spanish.
- Market analysis and attention to detail.
- Timely decision making and decision quality.
- Customer focus and relationship management.
- Commercial and business acumen.
- Negotiation and influence.
