- Tasks and Responsibilities:
Provide support to the Accounting area in all operational processes required daily for the business operation, focusing on registration of accounting transactions and document archiving.
- Individual tasks:
- Income for legalization of monthly RTC's expenses
- Invoice support with suppliers
- Administrative cash flow
- Preparation of expense vouchers and checks
- Accounting notes
- Files administration
- Bank reconciliations
- Monthly reconciliation of accounts payable
- Monthly update of bank charges report
- Monthly update of cost center report
- Administrative office control
- Purchases office such as reservations and airline tickets
- Hotel quotations and reservations
- Support in reception functions (answering calls, receiving visitors, correspondence management)
Required professional background/specific knowledge:
Professional in Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields with basic Accounting knowledge and a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Accountant Assistant. Familiarity with Accounting Programs at a basic level, English comprehension, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Soft skills:
