Provide support to the Accounting area in all operational processes required daily for the business operation, focusing on registration of accounting transactions and document archiving.

  • Individual tasks:
  • Income for legalization of monthly RTC's expenses
  • Invoice support with suppliers
  • Administrative cash flow
  • Preparation of expense vouchers and checks
  • Accounting notes
  • Files administration
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Monthly reconciliation of accounts payable
  • Monthly update of bank charges report
  • Monthly update of cost center report
  • Administrative office control
  • Purchases office such as reservations and airline tickets
  • Hotel quotations and reservations
  • Support in reception functions (answering calls, receiving visitors, correspondence management)

Required professional background/specific knowledge:

Professional in Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields with basic Accounting knowledge and a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Accountant Assistant. Familiarity with Accounting Programs at a basic level, English comprehension, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
